Australian construction quoting software
Who Quote King is built for
Quote King suits Australian businesses that price work from a conversation or site visit and want itemised quotes they can stand behind.
AI drafts need your review. Pricing comes from your own rate card.

Tradies quoting between jobs
If you quote from the ute or at night, Quote King shortens the gap between the site visit and the sent quote. Read more on the tradie quoting app page.
Builders pricing whole jobs
Builders combine trade work, materials, margin and subtrade pricing. Quote King keeps those in one itemised quote, with team access on the Builder plan. Read more on the builder quote software page.

Suppliers and subtrades answering price requests
When a builder asks you for a price, Quote King gives that request a place to live. This is a response-to-request flow. It is not inventory management or an ERP system.
Who it is probably not for
If you need live supplier price feeds, stock control or full accounting, Quote King is not that tool. It does one job: faster, reviewable quoting from your own rates.
Hypothetical examples by role
A plumber describes a hot water replacement from the driveway: remove old unit, supply and install a new one, new tempering valve, make good, exclude any switchboard work. The plumber's own rates drive the price.
A renovation builder reviews a kitchen scope that covers cabinetry, benchtop, electrical, plumbing and painting. Each trade line is priced from the builder's rate card or marked as awaiting a subtrade price.
A tile supplier receives a request from a builder for a price on a quantity of floor tiles. The supplier answers the request with their own figure. Quote King does not set or guarantee that price.
Questions to ask yourself
Do you quote from conversations and site visits rather than plans alone? Do you reuse similar rates job after job? Are you retyping notes at night? If yes to these, Quote King is aimed at your problem.
If your quotes are mostly large, drawing-based tenders with bills of quantities, check carefully whether a scope-driven tool suits that process. We would rather you ask than guess.
- Good fit: repeat trades work, renovations, small to mid-sized builds.
- Possible fit: builders who need subtrade price requests alongside quotes.
- Poor fit: stock control, accounting or live price feeds.
