Quote King is an Australian quoting app for tradies and builders. You speak the scope of a job on site, upload a recording or paste in a call transcript you are allowed to use, and Quote King drafts itemised quote lines in your words and prices each one from your own rate card.
You check the quantities, prices, GST and markup, then send a clean PDF the client can approve, e-sign and pay a deposit on from their phone. Builders also run the whole job from the same place: CRM, lead map, Gantt schedule, variations, site diary and a client portal.

What is Quote King?
Quote King is an Australian quoting app for tradies and builders that turns the scope you speak on site, an uploaded recording or an authorised call transcript into an itemised quote priced from your own rate card. You check every line, then send it for the client to approve, e-sign and pay a deposit online.
How much does Quote King cost?
The Tradie plan is $49 a month for one user and the Builder plan is $149 a month for the owner plus three included staff seats. Extra Builder staff seats are $49 a month each, Enterprise is by enquiry only, and all prices are in Australian dollars including GST. The Free plan includes 3 standard quotes a month with no voice quoting.
Does the AI set my prices?
No, every price comes from your own rate card, not from the AI. The AI drafts the lines and descriptions from your scope, and you review quantities, prices, GST and markup before anything is sent.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the Tradie and Builder plans start with a 7 day free trial when you sign up through checkout, and you are not charged if you cancel before it ends. Use the trial to load your price list and quote a real job.
Can I quote from my phone on site?
Yes, Quote King runs in the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer, so you can speak the scope into your phone on site and finish the quote wherever you are. There is nothing to install.
