Quote King pricing in Australian dollars

Start free, move to Tradie when you quote every week, and step up to Builder when a team needs access. Enterprise is priced on request.

AI drafts need your review. Pricing comes from your own rate card.

Choosing a plan

Free covers the core quoting workflow with rate card matching and PDF downloads, which is enough to see whether Quote King fits how you price.

Tradie adds voice to scope, AI descriptions, sending quotes to clients, your logo and Stripe deposit links. Builder includes everything in Tradie plus team access, subtrade requests, client workflow tools and priority support.

Enterprise is for larger teams with custom onboarding, integration or support needs. Contact us and we will talk through what you need.

What to check before you subscribe

Prices shown are in Australian dollars. Read the terms for billing, trial, cancellation and GST details, as this page does not restate them.

Whatever plan you choose, AI drafts need your review, and pricing comes from your own rate card, not live supplier prices.

Spreadsheet cost versus software cost

A spreadsheet is free to open but not free to run. Count the hours spent retyping scope, hunting for last year's rate and re-checking totals. If Quote King gives back even a part of that time on each quote, you can judge for yourself whether a plan pays its way.

Which plan fits which business

Hypothetical example: a sole-trader tiler who sends two or three quotes a month might stay on Free to check how rate card matching suits them. If they begin quoting every week and want voice to scope and branded quotes to clients, Tradie fits that pattern.

Hypothetical example: a small building firm with an estimator and an office administrator, where subtrade prices are needed before a quote is final, matches the Builder plan, which adds team access and subtrade requests. A larger group with custom onboarding or integration questions should contact us about Enterprise.

Questions to ask before choosing any quoting tool

Price is only one part of the decision. Ask where the pricing comes from, who checks the draft, what happens to a recording you upload, and how you move your rate card in. For Quote King, pricing comes from your own rate card, drafts are reviewed by you, and recording needs permission from the people involved.

Also work out how many quotes you send, how long each takes today, and what a missed or late quote costs you. Those numbers are yours, and they are more useful than any generic estimate we could give.

  • Rate card source: your own, not live supplier prices.
  • Review: required before sending.
  • Pricing shown: Australian dollars; check terms for billing and GST treatment.
