Is Quote King an electrician invoicing app?
Quote King is built for quoting rather than bookkeeping: it handles the quote, approval, e-signature, deposit and variations. There is no direct Xero or MYOB connection yet, so your invoices and books stay in your accounting software.
Can I quote small electrical jobs quickly?
Yes, small jobs are where the rate card pays off, because every point and fitting is already priced. Speak the job, check the lines and send.
Does the AI set my prices?
No, every price comes from your own rate card, not from the AI. The AI drafts the lines and descriptions from your scope, and you review quantities, prices, GST and markup before anything is sent.
How much does Quote King cost?
The Tradie plan is $49 a month for one user and the Builder plan is $149 a month for the owner plus three included staff seats. Extra Builder staff seats are $49 a month each, Enterprise is by enquiry only, and all prices are in Australian dollars including GST. The Free plan includes 3 standard quotes a month with no voice quoting.
