Quote King drafts each room as lines in your words and prices them from your square metre, per room or hourly rates. Check it, set GST and markup, and send a quote the client can approve and sign from their phone.

How do painters quote faster?
Painters quote faster by walking the house once, saying each room, surface and coat out loud, and letting the quote be drafted from that. Quote King prices it from your own rates so you only check and send.
Can clients choose colours in Quote King?
Material and colour selections in the client portal are part of the Builder plan. On the Tradie plan, list the colours and finishes in your quote lines.
Does the AI set my prices?
No, every price comes from your own rate card, not from the AI. The AI drafts the lines and descriptions from your scope, and you review quantities, prices, GST and markup before anything is sent.
How much does Quote King cost?
The Tradie plan is $49 a month for one user and the Builder plan is $149 a month for the owner plus three included staff seats. Extra Builder staff seats are $49 a month each, Enterprise is by enquiry only, and all prices are in Australian dollars including GST. The Free plan includes 3 standard quotes a month with no voice quoting.
